Job Description : IntecHost, a rapidly growing web hosting company, is actively seeking a qualified Technical Support Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, impeccable verbal and written English communication abilities, and comprehensive knowledge of cPanel. Essential qualifications include up-to-date cPanel University certifications, excellent SSH and command-line proficiency, and expertise in interpreting email and weblogs.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Require a minimum of 3 years of experience in the web hosting industry.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• In-depth understanding of cPanel, including its functionalities, and proficiency in troubleshooting errors.
• Possession of current and comprehensive cPanel University certifications.
• Exceptional proficiency in SSH (Secure Shell) and command-line operations.
• Proficient in interpreting email content and weblogs.
• Expertise in Mod_Security, PHP applications, Web Errors, Email Errors, CSF (ConfigServer Security & Firewall), CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, Nginx, Apache, Imunify360, and MailChannels.
• Demonstrated patience and perseverance to deliver outstanding technical support to non-technical users through ticket-based communication.
